Theresa Marie is an up-and-coming actress, singer, dancer and model. At only 20 years old she's already had a wonderful start to her career. Theresa has been in numerous plays and competiions, musicals, and fashion shows. She has also performed at hundreds of venues over the last few years with groups such as American Kids, her agency Faces Inc., MDA Central Casting Studios, and various dance studios and companies!
Theresa has trained in dance for 11 years as well as over 5 years training in acting, modelling, and singing. She started dancing at the age of 4 and has continued training on and off ever since. Theresa’s studied many styles including ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, modern, lyrical, musical theatre, and pom.
She’s been classically trained in acting for both acting for film, commercials and stage, as well as modelling for runway, editorial/commercial, and promotional modelling. When Theresa was 11 she started singing and quickly started performing all over the state with American kids. Vocally, she's trained for both on-stage performance and in-studio recording she is no newbie to the process. She’s currently writing music in hopes to record an album soon!
In 2009 Theresa attended the Global Stars Network, Stars at Sea national convention with agents from all over the world as judges. Inadvertently, she was placed in the Adult Female category (age 19-25) and was actually only 17. Theresa ended up wowing the crowd and brought home the titles of in both acting and talent. Placed in the Adult Female category for 19+ at only 17, she ended up wowing the crowds and bringing home the titles of 1st place Adult Female Talent, 1st place Scene Study, and 3rd place in the Monologue competition. Along with these awards she has also won both the coveted Arkansas and American Kids National Entertainer of the Year, the American Kids Spirit Award as well as numerous talent and dance competitions both locally and nationally.
Currently on hiatus, Theresa is working to establish herself in the European market having already made contacts in Amsterdam, Dublin and now Stuttgart. Theresa has an incredible talent you'll be amazed to see what she can do. She is definitely one to watch!!
